CartClin: project and capabilities
CartClin is a clinical and operational platform designed to simplify the daily work of families, operators, and facilities caring for fragile, elderly, or chronic patients.
The system brings together in a single environment patient registry data, therapies, administrations, clinical diary, monitoring, structured exams, security logs, protected APIs, and audit and restore tools.
Version 1.1 also adds the Emergency Department transfer module with an operational checklist, printable handoff sheet, and patient-linked document attachments.
The goal is to reduce the risk of omissions, improve traceability, and transform daily clinical information into data that is more ordered, easier to consult, and reusable over time.

Medications, daily and optional administrations, traceable outcomes, and consultable history.
Monitoring and structured exams
Clinical diary, glycemia, blood pressure, clinical events, exam catalog, and guided imports with reference ranges.

MFA, OTP/TOTP, IP whitelist, structured logs, protected JSON APIs, FHIR, and backup and restore tools.
